The first thing to make sure is that you are at least 18 years old and you have a credit card.
Then, open PayPal's official website at paypal.com and start selecting the type of account you want to create, whether it's a personal account or a business account.
After that click "Register."

Once you are declared successful, you can go straight to the page to enter your PayPal account, but you must confirm via email first.
You are ready to use PayPal
