Specifications and prices for the officially launched Samsung Galaxy A32 5G – Samsung launched its newest device in Europe. That is the Galaxy A32 5G, a middle class smartphone that has been equipped with 5G connectivity.

The Galaxy A32 5G was introduced in Germany on Wednesday (13/1/2021) local time. Even though it has been introduced, the first sales of this cellphone will only be carried out in February.

By design, the Galaxy A32 5G looks similar to other Samsung mid-range phones that are already on the market. From the front, for example, this phone has a screen with a diagonal of 6.5 inches. At the top, there is a typical Samsung waterdrop-style notch (Infinity-V) which houses a 13 MP (f/2.2) selfie camera.

Turning to the back, there are four cameras. These four cameras consist of a 48 MP main camera (f/1.8), an 8 MP ultrawide camera (f/2.2), a 5 MP macro camera (f/2.4), and a 2 MP depth sensor camera (f/2.4).

For the innards sector, the Galaxy A32 5G is powered by an octa-core chipset with a speed of 2.0 GHz. No mention of the chipset used. However, summarized by KompasTekno from Gizmochina, Thursday (14/1/2021), it is likely that the chip used is the MediaTek Dimensity 720.

This chipset is combined with three RAM options (4GB/6GB/8GB) and two internal memory options (64GB/128GB) which can be expanded with microSD up to 1 TB.

Other supporting specifications include a conventional fingerprint scanner which is embedded in the side of the device along with the power button. There is no mention of the version of Android that this device is using.

The Galaxy A32 5G is equipped with a large battery with a capacity of 5,000 mAh which supports 15 watt fast charging. In Europe, the Galaxy A32 5G comes in Black, White, Blue and Violet color variants.

This cellphone is sold at 279 euros or around Rp. 4.7 million for the 64 GB variant. Meanwhile, the 128 GB variant is priced at 299 euros (Rp. 5.1 million) and will go on sale on February 12. There is no information yet whether this device will also be marketed in Indonesia or not.
