  1. Download the uninstaller for Flash Player.
  2. Quit all browsers and other programs that use Flash.
  3. Run the uninstaller, as quoted from the Adobe page.
    – Double click on the icon of the uninstaller downloaded to your computer.
    – Follow the prompts. Click Yes when you see the message “Do you want to allow these programs to make changes to this computer?”
    – Delete all Flash Player files and folders
    – Select Start>Run
    – Copy and paste C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash then click OK.
    – Delete all files in this folder
    – Follow similar steps for C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
    %appdata%\Adobe\Flash Player
    %appdata%\Macromedia\Flash Player
  4. Verify that the uninstallation is complete
    – Restart the computer.
    – Open your browser and check Flash Player status.

  1. Make sure the MacOS version is installed

    Delete this directory:
