General requirements

  1. Indonesian citizens;
  2. Faith and piety to God Almighty;
  3. Loyalty to the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia based on Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia;
  4. The minimum age is 18 (eighteen) years and the maximum is 28 (twenty eight) years;
  5. Physically and mentally healthy and drug-free (drug-free certificate from the authorized agency);
  6. Not being involved in a criminal case or having been convicted for committing a crime as evidenced by a Police Record Certificate (SKCK) from the local Police;
  7. Authoritative, honest, fair and impeccable behavior;
  8. Willing to be placed throughout the territory of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) and willing to be assigned to work units according to the expertise or background of the study program.

    – Nautical Expert Tk. III; (must have a Tk. III Nautical Expert certificate from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia);
    – Technician Tk. III; (must have a Tk. III Technical Expert diploma from the Directorate General of Sea Transportation, Ministry of Transportation of the Republic of Indonesia);
    Management of Sea and Port Transportation;
  • specifically for Medical Study Programs, General Practitioners and Dentists are required to have a definitive Internship Completion Certificate (STSI) and Registration Certificate (STR).
  • For graduates from State/Private Universities with study programs accredited A and B with a minimum GPA of 2.75 (registered at BAN-PT) must attach a pass certificate/certificate legalized/known by the Assistant Dean for Academic Affairs;
  • For graduates from overseas universities, they must attach an equalization decree issued by the Director General of Higher Education;

Age at the opening of the 2021 SIPSS formation education:

  1. maximum 38 (thirty eight) years for Master of Forensic Dentistry Profession;
  2. maximum 36 (thirty six) years for S-2/S-2 Profession and S-1/S-2 with certain competencies (pilot with CPL IR Flying School certificate);
  3. maximum 29 (twenty nine) years for S-1 Profession;
  4. maximum 26 (twenty six) years for S-1/D-IV.

Minimum height (with balanced weight according to applicable regulations):

  1. male: 158 (one hundred and fifty eight) cm;
  2. female : 155 (one hundred and fifty five) cm.
  • Have never been married according to positive law/religion/custom (never been pregnant/gave birth) and are able to not marry during formation education. Especially for Masters in Profession and Bachelors/S-2s who have pilot competence, they are allowed to be married, but for women who do not have children and are able to not have children/get pregnant during formation education;
  • Willing to undergo the First Service Association (IDP) for 10 years from the time he was appointed as a National Police Officer;
  • Not bound by service bond agreements with other agencies;
  • Obtain approval from the agency concerned for those who are already working and a statement of honorably stopping if they pass the selection process and are selected to enter the formation of the National Police;

Follow and pass inspection and testing with material:

  7. Final administrative examination and determination of final graduation with a qualitative assessment.
  • Central level with a knockout system and/or ranking system includes:
  1. Administrative examination with qualitative assessment;
  2. Health Examination I and II (including Keswa) with MS/TMS assessment with qualitative and quantitative assessments;
  3. Managerial competence test with quantitative assessment;
  4. Skills and behavior aspect competence test (practice according to profession/study program) with qualitative and quantitative assessment
  5. Physical fitness test with quantitative assessment;
  6. Psychological tests/interviews with qualitative and quantitative assessments;
  7. Personality mental tracing (PMK)/interview with qualitative assessment;
  8. Determination of final graduation with a qualitative assessment.

Provisions for the use of clothing for applicants

  1. For male participants, use long-sleeved batik;
  2. For female participants, they wear long-sleeved batik and for those who are Muslim, they can use the headscarf;
  3. Using black or dark trousers;
  4. The clothes used are according to the abilities of the selection participants, uniforms are not required and Panda coordinates the procurement of the participants' clothes.

Online registration procedure

  1. The registrant opens the website for accepting members of the National Police with the website address Reception.polri.go.id;
  2. Registrants choose the type of SIPSS selection on the main page of the website (if participants experience difficulties, they can be assisted by the local Polda committee as Panda);
  3. Fill in the registration form related to the identity of the registrant, enter the NIK that has been registered with Disdukcapil, the identity of parents and other information according to the format on the website;
  4. Registrants are required to provide true and accurate data on the online registration form, carefully check the data entered in the registration form;
  5. After successfully filling out the online registration form, the registrant will receive an online registration number along with a username and password, which is then used to log in to the registrant's dashboard page (contains a feature to check information on the progress of the selection stages and scores of all the selection stages followed by the registrant);
  6. Registrants will receive a printout of the online registration form which is used for verification at the local Polda as Panda;
  7. The verification deadline is no later than 4 (four) days, starting from the online registration. If it is more than 4 (four) days, the online registrant's data will automatically be deleted. If the registrant will verify, the registrant must repeat the online registration again.

Verification procedures at the local Polda

  • Registrants must come in person (no representatives are allowed) bringing and submitting a printout of the online registration form and administrative files as follows:
  • Registrants bring original administration files and 2 photocopies of:
  1. Original Identity Card (KTP) and a photocopy legalized by the local Disdukcapil;
  2. Original Family Card (KK) and a photocopy legalized by the local Disdukcapil, for KKs that already have a barcode, there is no need to legalize it;
  3. Original birth certificate and a photocopy legalized by the local Disdukcapil, for birth certificates that already have a barcode, there is no need to legalize it;
  4. Original SD, SMP, SMA/SMK/MA/equivalent diploma, D-IV/S-1/S-2 and grade transcripts and photocopies legalized by the issuing school/university;
  5. Legalized copy of accreditation certificate from BAN-PT;
  6. Original Police Record Certificate (SKCK) issued by the local Polres and a photocopy legalized by the local Polres;
  7. 10 pieces of 4x6 size color photographs with a red background;
  8. Letter of consent from parents/guardians (form can be downloaded on the website: Prestasi.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  9. The application letter to become a member of the National Police is handwritten (a sample form can be downloaded on the website: acceptance.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  10. Statement of never having been married according to positive law or religious law or customary law (the form can be downloaded on the website: Reception.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  11. Curriculum vitae (printed out of the registration form at the time of online registration) and photocopy;
  12. Letter of agreement for the first service bond of a member of the Indonesian National Police (the form can be downloaded on the website: acceptance.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  13. A statement that is not bound by an agreement with other agencies (the form can be downloaded on the website: acceptance.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  14. Statement letter from parents/guardians to provide actual information and documents (forms can be downloaded on the website: Prestasi.polri.go.id) and photocopies;
  15. Statement letter from participants and parents/guardians not to do KKN and use sponsorship or ketebelece (forms can be downloaded on the website: acceptance.polri.go.id) and a photocopy;
  16. A statement letter not to support or participate in organizations or beliefs that are contrary to Pancasila, the 1945 Constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika;
  17. A statement letter not to commit an act that violates religious norms, moral norms, social norms, and legal norms.
