Haji Isam’s PGUN Announces Dividend of Rp6.97 per Share

JAKARTA — PT Pradiksi Gunatama Tbk. (PGUN), an oil palm issuer owned by businessman Haji Isam, has announced a cash dividend distribution for the 2025 fiscal year. Shareholders will receive a total of Rp39.99 billion, equivalent to Rp6.97 per share.

PGUN Finance Director Tamlikho confirmed that the dividend payout was officially approved during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on May 21, 2026. The dividend is derived from the company’s strong net profit performance throughout the 2025 fiscal year.

In a formal disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange on Monday (May 25, 2026), Tamlikho stated, “The company will distribute a cash dividend for the 2025 fiscal year amounting to Rp39,992,806,708, or Rp6.97 per share.”

Dividend Schedule and Key Dates

According to the official timeline, the cum-dividend date for the regular and negotiation markets is set for June 3, 2026, followed by the ex-dividend date on June 4, 2026. For the cash market, the cum-dividend date is scheduled for June 5, 2026, with the ex-dividend date falling on June 8, 2026. The recording date for shareholders entitled to the dividend is confirmed for June 5, 2026, with payments set to be distributed on June 18, 2026.

Management emphasized that the dividend distribution process has been fully coordinated with the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI), and the company’s Securities Administration Bureau. Furthermore, the company clarified that this payout will not adversely affect its operational capacity or long-term business continuity.

Robust Financial Performance in 2025

The decision to distribute dividends follows a year of significant growth for PGUN. The company reported a net profit of Rp159.3 billion for 2025, a substantial increase from the Rp79.18 billion recorded in 2024. This success was driven by rising revenues, which reached Rp792.72 billion compared to the previous year’s Rp738.5 billion.

The company’s revenue streams were primarily fueled by palm oil sales (Rp694.9 billion), palm kernel (Rp96.4 billion), and shells (Rp1.32 billion). Notably, 87.66% of these sales were directed to a related party, PT Jhonlin Agro Raya Tbk. (JARR).

Efficiency measures also contributed to the bottom line, as the cost of goods sold decreased to Rp515.4 billion, down 0.81% from the previous year. Consequently, PGUN achieved a gross profit of Rp277.3 billion—a 26.67% increase compared to 2024—and its earnings per share (EPS) improved to Rp27.76 from the previous Rp13.8.
