Jalin gandeng BPC tingkatkan keamanan transaksi digital

PT Jalin Pembayaran Nusantara (Jalin), a pivotal entity within the Danareksa BUMN Holding, has forged a strategic partnership with BPC to significantly enhance its fraud detection and prevention systems for national digital payment transactions. This crucial collaboration was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) at the BFN Fest 2025 event, held in Jakarta on Tuesday, December 10.

This alliance represents a forward-thinking step to bolster the security of Indonesia’s national payment system and to strengthen public confidence in the burgeoning digital financial ecosystem. Such measures are increasingly vital amidst a landscape of rising transaction volumes and the growing complexity of cybercrime threats.

Through this MoU, Jalin is set to expand its utilization of BPC’s sophisticated SmartVista Fraud Management System. This advanced system is engineered to enable real-time fraud monitoring, streamline investigation processes, and substantially elevate the risk mitigation capabilities for all financial institutions operating within Jalin’s expansive network.

The SmartVista Fraud Management System is recognized for its robust and stable performance, crucial for reinforcing risk control across Jalin’s essential switching services. Featuring a modular and scalable technological architecture, the system allows for gradual security enhancements, ensuring it can adeptly adapt to evolving threat patterns and the dynamic requirements of the payment industry.

“Jalin is deeply committed to strengthening the resilience of the national payment system infrastructure, aligning perfectly with the strategic directives of Bank Indonesia. This expanded collaboration is specifically geared towards enhancing our operational capacity, with a strong focus on advanced fraud detection systems, to ensure that all digital payment services channeled through the Link network operate securely and measurably,” stated Eko Dedi Rukminto, Director of Jalin.

BPC views trust as an indispensable foundation for the thriving development of any digital financial ecosystem. Consequently, the reinforcement of comprehensive fraud monitoring capabilities stands as a primary objective within this partnership.

“Trust is indeed the fundamental cornerstone of the digital financial ecosystem. Our collaboration with Jalin is precisely aimed at bolstering national fraud monitoring capabilities, thereby ensuring that digital transactions for banking institutions, fintech companies, and millions of users across Indonesia can be conducted both securely and dependably,” elaborated Benny Christophorus, Country Manager Indonesia for BPC.

Moving forward, this MoU will serve as the bedrock for joint development initiatives, continuous system enhancements, and long-term operational alignment between Jalin and BPC. This collaborative effort aligns seamlessly with Indonesia’s broader national agenda to maintain a secure, stable, and sustainable payment system connectivity, while simultaneously elevating the quality of digital payment services for both the financial industry and the general public.
