According to the information disclosure released on Monday, November 24, 2025, the funds were primarily sourced from two key subsidiaries: PT Panata Jaya Mandiri, contributing Rp34.12 billion, and PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta, adding another Rp25.05 billion. These figures collectively reaffirm the reported total of Rp59.17 billion.
Andri Pribadi further clarified that this inflow of funds is not expected to have any material impact on the company’s operational activities, legal standing, financial health, or overall business continuity. This assurance provides stability for stakeholders amidst the announcement.
