Key differentiating features, such as bulk payment capabilities for up to 50,000 transactions, industry-specific biller personalization, and real-time monitoring for Letter of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees, significantly boost business efficiency for customers.
Meanwhile, Livin’ by Mandiri, the bank’s flagship super app, has garnered 35.8 million users, demonstrating a 27% increase YoY by October 2025. This powerful application, under the stock code BMRI, processed a transaction value totaling Rp 3,620 trillion, up 10 percent from the previous year.
Concurrently, Livin’ Merchant continues to be a driving force for MSME digitalization, empowering over 3 million merchants. Notably, 62% of its users are located outside major cities, leveraging advanced features such as multi-outlet management, integrated F&B systems, QR Table ordering, and direct stock ordering from distributors within the robust Bank Mandiri ecosystem.
Livin’ Merchant has also achieved remarkable growth, reporting a 166 percent increase in transaction value and a 172 percent rise in transaction volume compared to the previous year.
