As the only BUMN actively engaged in vaccine distribution, Bio Farma has distributed 56.1 million vaccine doses during September 2021.

It consists of 37.7 million doses of Coronavac, 8.2 million doses of AstraZeneca, 200 thousand doses of Sinopharm and 10.1 million doses of Pfizer.
The number of vaccine shipments in September 2021 increased from the August 2021 period which reached 42.8 million doses.

PT Bio Farma (Persero) COVID-19 Vaccination Spokesperson Bambang Heriyanto said the vaccine distribution procedure was adjusted to regional priorities and objectives set by the Government.

In fact, according to him, the distribution of vaccines throughout Indonesia is equally important in efforts to deal with the Covid-19 outbreak.

“Bio Farma continues to work closely with the Ministry of Health to provide vaccines. We guarantee a safe supply of vaccines to meet the requirements and requests from the Ministry of Health," said Bambang.
