Apart from that, a fitness facility with a maximum capacity of 25 percent will also be built with a strict implementation process and PeduliLindung screening in the agglomeration areas of Jabodetabek, Greater Bandung, Greater Solo, Greater Semarang, Yogyakarta and Greater Jakarta.PPKM extended until October 18, 2021

Luhut said different easing was made because the condition of the corona virus pandemic in Indonesia continued to show progress. "National confirmed cases fell by 98 percent and confirmed cases in Java-Bali also showed a decrease of up to 98.7 percent from the high on July 15," he added. However, he appealed to the public not to be happy and to remain diligent in following health procedures.

PPKM levels 1-4 was first held on July 21-25. This policy is an extension of the emergency PPKM which takes effect from 3-20 July 2021.

It is reported that the government has repeatedly extended this policy to suppress the spread of the corona virus. However, in recent years, PPKM has been implemented with relaxation in a number of areas, starting from activities in shopping centers, restaurants, to teaching and learning activities.
