UI Opens New Study Program in 2021, Following is the Information and Registration – For those who want to study at PTN, high school grade 12 students must prepare themselves well. Because, there is a National Selection to Enter State Universities (SNMPTN) 2021.

Or you can also go through the 2021 State Higher Education Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) lane, and the last one is the Independent Selection lane.

Especially those who want to study at the University of Indonesia (UI). Because it must understand about the university. What's more, in 2021 UI opens 9 new study programs.

The new study program is for parallel D4 and S1 lines. What is the new study program at UI?

  • Parallel S1

  1. Shipping Engineering
  2. Interior Architecture
  3. Computer Engineering

The three study programs are already in UI, but the regular S1 version. In terms of study material and lecture process, there is no difference between regular undergraduate and parallel undergraduate.

This is what distinguishes:

  • The selection process, UI's regular S1 has SNMPTN, SBMPTN, and SIMAK (Independent Selection) routes. While S1 is parallel only with SIMAK and PPKB (Achievement and Equal Learning Opportunities).
  • Parallel S1 ages are more flexible. For undergraduate study programs in 2021, they must graduate high school/equivalent in 2021, 2020 or 2019.
  • The cost of parallel undergraduate courses at UI is relatively higher than regular undergraduates.

  4. Creative Business
  5. Media Production
  6. Tourism Business Management

At UI, it has vocational study programs, but so far only D3 study programs. In 2021 UI opened an Applied Undergraduate program or D4 Science and Social Sciences.

The study program is not something new, it's just that the field is unique, much sought after, and rarely heard of (Creative Business).
