DTKS update

The Ministry of Social Affairs itself is currently updating the Integrated Social Welfare Data (DTSK).
The DTKS update is carried out because it is currently known that there are many new poor families due to the Covid-19 outbreak who have not been registered in it.
Regarding updating the DTKS, the Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko PMK) asked residents to report independently if they feel they have the right to enter DTKS.

This was said by a confidant of the Deputy for Poverty Management of the Coordinating Ministry for PMK Ade Rustama when synchronizing the DTKS update in Tim Raya Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Thursday (17/9/2020).

Ade explained, there are many areas that have not actively updated the DTKS, including Kubu Raya Regency.
“The public needs to be educated to provide self-reports independently if they feel they have the right to enter DTKS,” said Ade, quoted from the official Kemenko PMK website, Friday (18/9/2020) as quoted by Kompas.com.

Therefore, he said, each region must prepare facilities so that residents can report if they have not entered the DTKS.
Preparations are also being made in each hamlet or sub-district, including through the Social Welfare Center (Puskesos).
"That way the facilities for this independent report need to be prepared in each hamlet or kelurahan. One of them is through Puskesos," he said.

How to Register Independent DTKS

Taken from the pusdatin.kemensos.go.id website, along with the DTKS independent registration process.

2. The village head/lurah will then carry out a hamlet consensus regarding the registration.
3. Data on the results of the hamlet/lurah agreement are conveyed to the regent/mayor via the camat.
4. The social service uses the data to conduct field clarification
5. Field clarification results are sent to the Minister of Social Affairs through the Governor.
