This dividend payout represents 60 percent of the company’s total net profit for the 2025 fiscal year, which reached 76 million USD, or approximately IDR 1.27 trillion.

Shareholders eligible for the dividend are those recorded on the register by June 12, 2026. The payment is scheduled for distribution on June 26, 2026. The remaining net profit will be retained by the company as retained earnings to support ongoing business development and strategic growth initiatives, following the company’s recent acquisition of a 750 million USD ESG-linked syndicated loan facility.

During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 fiscal year, the company formally accepted the resignations of Emily Olson as Vice President Commissioner and Christopher McCleave as Commissioner.
