PT Chandra Daya Investasi Tbk (CDIA), a prominent company belonging to Indonesian conglomerate Prajogo Pangestu, is set to distribute an interim dividend totaling Rp 167.67 billion, or Rp 1.34 per share. CDIA successfully raised a substantial Rp 2.37 trillion through its Initial Public Offering (IPO) in July 2025. CDIA’s Impressive Financial Performance in Q3 2025
CDIA reported a remarkable net profit attributable to the parent entity of US$ 77.60 million, equivalent to approximately Rp 1.29 trillion (assuming an exchange rate of Rp 16,635 per US$), for the third quarter of 2025. This figure represents an extraordinary surge of 266.16% compared to the same period last year (year-on-year/yoy), when the company recorded US$ 21.19 million or Rp 352.56 billion.
This substantial profit growth was primarily fueled by a robust 41.97% (yoy) increase in revenue, reaching US$ 104.82 million or Rp 1.74 trillion. The expansion in revenue was broad-based, positively impacting almost all of CDIA’s business segments.
Delving into the revenue breakdown, sales of electricity and other related services contributed the largest share, totaling US$ 68.23 million, an increase of 13.85% (yoy). The fuel sales segment experienced an exceptional boost, soaring by 1,234.12% (yoy) to reach US$ 24.67 million. Additionally, revenue from tank and pier rentals grew by 18.46% (yoy) to US$ 4.19 million. It is worth noting that a specific segment of fuel sales saw a contraction of 9.25% (yoy), amounting to US$ 7.72 million in the third quarter of this year.
Jonathan Kandinata, Director of Chandra Daya Investasi, emphasized that the company’s positive performance was significantly strengthened by several strategic initiatives. These include a substantial Rp 2 trillion loan from BTN, a valuable partnership with Bank Danamon, additional capital injections from the Chandra Asri Group and EGCO Group, and the proceeds from its successful IPO in July 2025.
“All these initiatives collectively reinforce the CDI Group’s financial resilience and strategically position the group for sustained long-term growth across all its business pillars,” stated Jonathan in a written declaration on Thursday, October 30.
By the end of the third quarter of 2025, CDIA’s total assets had expanded to US$ 1.6 billion. This represents a substantial increase of 48.07% from its position at the end of December 2024, which stood at US$ 1.08 billion, signaling strong balance sheet growth and operational expansion.
