Jakarta — The Pertapreneur Aggregator 2025 program, an initiative by PT Pertamina (Persero), has successfully completed its rigorous selection process, identifying 30 promising Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that will advance to the semifinal stage. These innovative businesses are now set to embark on an intensive Bootcamp and Mentoring phase, all vying for a coveted spot among the top 10 finalists.
The journey began with 100 MSMEs participating in a comprehensive, multi-stage selection process. Following a crucial Deep Dive Interview, conducted entirely online on November 19, 2025, 30 enterprises distinguished themselves, demonstrating the potential required to move forward in this prestigious competition.
The Deep Dive Interview was strategically designed to thoroughly assess each MSME’s core business strengths, evaluate their sales performance, understand their proposed business development strategies, and gauge their readiness for collaborative aggregation. This in-depth assessment utilized a framework based on seven critical aspects: readiness for collaboration, leadership qualities, financial health (turnover and finance), strategic business development, outstanding products, target market understanding, and a robust business model.
“Through this program, we are committed to ensuring that the selected MSMEs possess a strong business foundation and significant potential for substantial growth,” stated Muhammad Baron, Vice President of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), highlighting the program’s core objective.
Baron further elaborated that the Pertapreneur Aggregator 2025 program is fully aligned with Asta Cita’s third point, a key agenda of the Prabowo–Gibran administration. This initiative directly contributes to national efforts aimed at strengthening the MSME sector, enhancing the added value of local products, and fostering widespread job creation, ultimately driving national economic growth. “We aspire for these MSMEs to gain broader access to collaborative opportunities within both national and global supply chains,” Baron added, underscoring the program’s ambition to connect local businesses with wider markets.
The Pertapreneur Aggregator represents an advanced coaching and development stage specifically tailored for MSMEs that have already demonstrated active collaboration with other businesses. Participants in this program will receive direct, hands-on guidance from experienced mentors, ensuring their business management becomes more professional and capable of delivering a broader, more sustainable impact for both the MSMEs themselves and the wider community.
“Pertamina consistently reinforces its strategic role in the development of MSMEs, recognizing their immense contribution to economic dynamism. MSMEs are not merely local economic drivers; they are vital pillars in building the nation’s global competitiveness,” Baron emphasized, highlighting the strategic importance of supporting these businesses.
Looking ahead, the 30 semifinalists will participate in an intensive, week-long bootcamp and mentoring session. This crucial preparation will equip them for the upcoming final pitching session, where the top 10 exceptional MSMEs will ultimately be chosen as the winners of Pertapreneur Aggregator 2025.
Pertamina is deeply committed to continuously fostering the growth of Indonesian MSMEs. This commitment is realized through initiatives focused on increasing production capacity, standardizing product quality, and expanding distribution access, thereby enabling these businesses to effectively compete in both national and global markets. As a leading company in the field of energy transition, Pertamina is also dedicated to supporting the Net Zero Emission 2060 target. The company actively promotes programs that directly contribute to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), aligning all its efforts with the comprehensive implementation of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) principles across all its business lines and operations.
