BRI Link Riau: Convenient Service, Easier Access for Residents

Riau – Tri Wenita, the esteemed owner of AgenBRILink “Mulia Motor,” shares an inspiring account of her business’s evolution. What began as a modest expedition service and small workshop in Harapan Tani Village, Kempas District, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, underwent a significant transformation. As her customer base steadily expanded, Wenita strategically shifted her core focus to financial services, while wisely preserving the familiar identity of her original venture.

“Initially, many expedition customers sought to pay for their packages but lacked cash, often only carrying ATM cards. Over time, an increasing number of people began visiting us to top up their account balances and conduct cash withdrawals,” recalls Wenny, as she is affectionately known in the community.

Recognizing this burgeoning, yet simple, demand, Wenny made the pivotal decision to wholeheartedly embrace her role as an AgenBRILink partner. Through this crucial partnership, her establishment now serves as a vital local financial hub, proficiently catering to a diverse range of community needs, from facilitating savings deposits and money transfers to handling various bill payments.

Currently, a substantial portion of her clientele comprises dedicated palm oil, areca nut, and coconut entrepreneurs. These local business owners frequently rely on Mulia Motor for their financial transactions, often conducting dozens of operations daily, underscoring the indispensable role AgenBRILink plays in supporting the regional micro-economy.

Driven by an unwavering commitment to innovation and broader community accessibility, Wenny has also implemented a proactive “jemput bola” (pick-up service) system. This personalized approach involves her team visiting specific customers directly to assist them in depositing their sales proceeds, thereby eliminating the need for them to leave their businesses unattended.

“For certain valued customers, we offer this convenient pick-up service. For example, basic commodity store owners who need to deposit their daily earnings can benefit. This ensures they don’t have to close their shops to visit our location. We believe this strategy also significantly contributes to building enduring trust and fostering a deeper connection with our surrounding community,” she elaborates, highlighting the customer-centric philosophy that underpins her operations.

Thanks to the steadfast dedication and tireless effort cultivated since its inception, AgenBRILink “Mulia Motor” has garnered widespread recognition and respect. What began as a solo entrepreneurial endeavor has flourished remarkably, expanding to include an additional branch and creating valuable employment opportunities for local residents, further enriching community development.
