In its annual report, AADI clarified that while it does not adhere to a fixed dividend policy, management evaluates the company’s financial capacity to distribute dividends each period, with final approval resting with the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The company maintains its policy of declaring dividends in US dollars—its functional currency—while facilitating payments in Indonesian Rupiah based on the exchange rate effective on the recording date.
Management highlighted that in 2025, the company successfully distributed an interim dividend of US$250 million on November 27. Consequently, the remaining US$200 million, equivalent to approximately Rp3.53 trillion, is slated for distribution. The final rupiah value will be subject to the exchange rate at the time of the recording date.
