Arsari Group made its strategic entry into COIN through its investment arm, PT Arsari Nusa Investama. Aryo P.S. Djojohadikusumo, the Deputy President Director and Chief Operating Officer of Arsari Group, stated that Arsari’s investment decision in COIN represents a tangible commitment to Indonesia’s digital transformation.
Furthermore, Arsari Group’s vision is strongly aligned with that of COIN and its subsidiaries, PT Central Finansial X (CFX) and PT Kustodian Koin Indonesia (ICC), reinforcing the partnership’s strategic depth.

According to Aryo, Indonesia’s digital asset ecosystem is now fully established. This is further bolstered by increasingly mature regulatory oversight from the Financial Services Authority (OJK). Indonesia also possesses immense potential to emerge as both a hub for digital asset innovation and a leading digital asset trading center in Southeast Asia.

This is followed by PT Bahana Nusantara with 2.93 billion shares, representing 19.93%.
Other key controllers include Budi Mardiono, who holds 1.16 billion shares (7.93%), and PT Teknologi Anak Nusantara, with ownership of 750 million shares (5.1%).
The ultimate beneficial owners of the company are identified as Andrew Hidayat, Jeth Soetoyo, Budi Mardiono, and Aaron Ang Nio.
From a financial performance standpoint, COIN reported a net profit of IDR 41.08 billion for the third quarter of 2025. This marks a significant turnaround from a loss of IDR 6.85 billion during the same period in the previous year.
COIN’s stellar profitability was driven by a remarkable 19-fold (or 1,987.22%) year-on-year (YoY) surge in revenue, reaching IDR 204.63 billion by Q3 2025, compared to IDR 9.8 billion in Q3 2024.
