Tjahjo: There is no leave, Jakarta civil servants are prohibited from leaving the city during the end of year holidays – DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued Governor's Order No.64/2020 which prohibits state civil servants (ASN) or civil servants from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government from going out of town during the final year holidays.

Responding to this, the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPANRB) Tjahjo Kumolo explained that this was given to each region.

"Decisions are given to each regional head by paying attention to the behavior and dynamics of changes in Covid in each region," he said, Friday (18/12/2020)

He only explained that the final year leave had been abolished as a decision made by the previous government.

"The basic thing is that ASN does not have final year leave as per the decision. "For others, they are given a PPK (high-ranking personnel supervisor) or regional head," he explained.

Next, Tjahjo explained that the ASN working mechanism was provided in each institution. According to him, the percentage of work or office work is flexible.

"It is calculated what % of ASNs work on official duty at home and in the office. Want 20% of those who work in the office with a shift mechanism to be given to the decision of the regional head and PPK from the Ministry/Agency/institution. "What is necessary for ASN is to be healthy and highly disciplined in health procedures and productive in servicing and granting citizen permits," he said
