Tjahjo: No Leave, Jakarta Civil Servant Prohibited from Going Outside the City during Year-End Holidays - DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan issued Governor's Order No. 64/2020 which prohibits state civil servants (ASN) or civil servants of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government from going out of town during the year-end holidays.
In response to this, the Minister for Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform (MenPANRB) Tjahjo Kumolo explained that this would be given to each region.
"Decisions are made for each regional head by observing the behavior and dynamics of Covid changes in each region," he said, Friday (12/18/2020)
He only clarified that the final year leave had been removed as a decision made by the previous government.
"The basis for ASN is that there is no final year leave like a decision. For others, they will be given a PPK (personnel supervising officer) or regional heads," he explained.
Furthermore, Tjahjo explained that related to the working mechanism of ASN is given in each institution. According to him, the percentage of the amount of work or from the office has a flexible character.
"It counts how many % ASN work on duty at home and in the office. Want 20% in offices with a shift mechanism to be given according to regional head decisions and PPK from ministries/agencies/agencies. What needs to be ASN must be healthy and highly disciplined in health and productive procedures in servicing and in terms of granting citizen permits," he said
