Disappointing, The Most Anticipated Game of 2020 Must Be Withdrawn From Distribution – Cyberpunk 2077 is widely said to be the most anticipated video game in 2020. But its launch was beset with problems, even as a shame for the developer CD Projekt Red who developed it, after the game was removed from the PlayStation Store.
"SIE is working hard to ensure high customer satisfaction, and we will start offering full refunds to all players who buy Cyberpunk 2077 through the PlayStation Store and want it back," Sony said in its official information regarding the removal of Cyberpunk 2077.
Microsoft then guarantees gamers who have bought Cyberpunk 2077 at the Microsoft Store to be played on Xbox, can accept it back if they don't feel happy. It is clear that the loss felt by Project CD has enormous potential.
Cyberpunk 2077 has been in the works for many years and has long kept gamers curious. What's more, it also shows the character of Keanu Reeves in the game.
After being released, Cyberpunk 2077 is fine if played on a PC with good specifications. But apparently when played on consoles, many bugs appear so that gamers feel frustrated.
“I really liked it but the first thing I saw was this game like Nintendo 64. Then within 10 minutes, this game crashed. It's really a bad experience after the hype is so big," said a gamer in England named Patrick Swift.
Project CD is also the target of blasphemy, what's more, they only allow reviews on high end PCs before launch so the results are good. It was only later that this game really sucked on consoles.
"We should be paying more attention to making it more playable on PS4 and Xbox One," said CD Projekt, which promised there will be two big patches in January and February to fix bugs on the console.
But many gamers have been in a rush to Cyberpunk 2077 and some have simply requested cash back. "It's such a mess, I've had 30 falls, the game has crashed," said John Perry, a gamer in the UK.
