According to official disclosures made to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on Tuesday, May 26, AADI’s management has announced a total dividend payout of US$200 million. Furthermore, the company boasts retained earnings free from any restrictions, totaling US$758.56 million. As of December 31, 2025, AADI’s total equity stood at an impressive US$3.64 billion.

AADI’s First Quarter 2026 Performance Sees Pressure, Profit Declines by 27%

In its financial report for the first quarter of 2026, AADI experienced a 27.02% decrease in net profit, amounting to US$143.03 million, or approximately Rp 2.43 trillion. This is a notable drop compared to the US$195.99 million in net profit recorded during the same period in the previous year.

The decline in profit is consistent with a decrease in the company’s revenue, which fell to US$1.04 billion from US$1.16 billion in Q1 2025. AADI’s revenue streams primarily consist of coal and logistics services to third parties, generating US$928.14 million, along with other income totaling US$3.57 million. These figures represent a contraction from the previous year’s earnings of US$1.05 billion.

Revenue from related parties also saw a downturn, with coal and logistics sales contributing US$108.9 million and other income at US$3.56 million. This combined amount is lower than the US$31.63 million recorded in the prior year. Despite the revenue contraction, AADI’s cost of revenue also saw a reduction, decreasing to US$786.63 million from US$817.02 million in the same period last year.

Meanwhile, AADI’s stock closed in positive territory on Tuesday, May 26. Its share price rose by 0.91% to Rp 8,325. On a year-to-date (YTD) basis, this energy stock has seen a significant increase of 19.35%.
