Jasa Marga Announces IDR 1.1 Trillion Dividend: Key Dates to Remember

Rancak Media – JAKARTA — Indonesia’s state-owned toll road operator, PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. (JSMR), has announced a significant dividend payout of Rp1.1 trillion to its shareholders. This substantial distribution represents 31% of the company’s net profit for the 2025 financial year, underscoring its commitment to shareholder returns.

The decision to disburse this dividend was formalized during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) for the 2025 financial year, which took place on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. This meeting serves as a crucial platform for Jasa Marga to present its financial achievements and strategic directions to its stakeholders.

Rivan Achmad Purwantono, President Director of Jasa Marga, confirmed that the dividend per share (DPS) has been set at Rp156.2. This figure remains consistent with the previous period, signaling the company’s stable and predictable approach to dividend policy.

Shareholders whose names are registered in the company’s shareholder list by the recording date of June 4, 2026, will be eligible to receive the dividend. The payment is scheduled for June 19, 2026, ensuring a timely distribution to investors.

Furthermore, the remaining portion of Jasa Marga’s net profit from the 2025 financial year will be strategically allocated as retained earnings. This move is designed to fortify the company’s financial reserves, providing a solid foundation for future growth and resilience amidst varying economic conditions.

Rivan emphasized Jasa Marga’s unwavering commitment to maintaining dividend continuity, even as the company actively pursues its business expansion initiatives. This strategy reflects a balanced approach, ensuring both shareholder value and robust corporate development.

“The company strives for continuous dividend distribution through measured policies, without disregarding future financial and economic conditions,” he stated, highlighting a prudent and forward-looking management philosophy.

Jasa Marga’s impressive financial performance in 2025 underpins this dividend declaration. The company recorded an operating revenue of Rp19.8 trillion, marking a healthy 5.8% increase year-on-year (yoy). This growth was primarily driven by Rp18.2 trillion from toll road revenues and an additional Rp1.6 trillion from other operational income streams.

Moreover, the company’s EBITDA saw a significant rise to Rp13.3 trillion, with an EBITDA margin reaching an impressive 67%. Jasa Marga also maintained a stable core profit at Rp3.7 trillion. According to Rivan, this strong performance was supported not only by the growth in operating revenue and EBITDA but also by a 10.5% yoy reduction in consolidated financial expenses, following a successful equity financing corporate action in late 2024.

In terms of operational scope, Jasa Marga proudly maintains its position as Indonesia’s largest toll road operator. The company currently manages 1,294 kilometers of toll roads out of its total concession length of 1,736 kilometers. This extensive network represents a commanding 42% share of the national toll road market.

Throughout 2025, Jasa Marga’s toll road segments facilitated the movement of 1.31 billion vehicles, with an average daily traffic (LHR) of 3.58 million vehicles. This high traffic volume underscores the critical role Jasa Marga plays in connecting communities and supporting economic activities across Indonesia.

By the close of 2025, the Jasa Marga Group operated a total of 59 rest areas along its toll road networks. Notably, 26 of these rest areas, representing 44% of the total, are branded as Travoy Rest—owned and directly managed by Jasa Marga, providing comprehensive services to travelers.
