Rancak Media – PT Bank Syariah Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BRIS) has officially announced a cash dividend payout of Rp 1.51 trillion, representing 20% of its total net profit for the fiscal year. This distribution translates to a dividend of Rp 32.81 per share for investors.
This payout marks a significant 44% increase compared to the previous year. In the prior period, BSI distributed 15% of its net profit, totaling Rp 1.05 trillion, which amounted to Rp 22.78 per share. Shareholders recorded in the company’s Register of Shareholders (DPS) will be eligible for the dividend, with the official disbursement schedule to be announced by BSI management in due course.
The dividend declaration follows a strong financial performance in 2025, during which BSI recorded a net profit of Rp 7.57 trillion. Out of this total, 80%—or Rp 6.05 trillion—has been allocated as retained earnings to support future growth. The bank’s impressive profitability was driven by healthy financing expansion, a robust increase in low-cost funds, and digital acceleration, which enhanced operational efficiency and broadened service accessibility for customers.

BSI President Director Anggoro Eko Cahyo highlighted that the bank’s solid fundamentals have significantly bolstered public trust. This is reflected in the steady growth of its customer base, which saw an influx of over 2 million new users in 2025, bringing the total number of BSI customers to 23 million by year-end.
Anggoro emphasized that the dividend policy is designed to strike a balance between providing optimal returns to shareholders and maintaining strong capital reserves to fuel ongoing business expansion. “As a growing sharia bank, we continue to evolve, especially following our achievement of a dual license as both a sharia bank and a bullion bank,” he stated.
Supported by this strategic direction, BSI remains optimistic about strengthening its position as the leader of Indonesia’s national sharia banking industry and acting as a primary catalyst for the country’s growing sharia economic ecosystem.
