Bank Mandiri (BMRI) bagi dividen jumbo Rp 377 per saham, tembus Rp 44 triliun

State-owned banking giant PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) has officially announced a substantial cash dividend distribution of Rp 377 per share. The decision was formalized during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held in Jakarta on Wednesday (April 29).

According to Stockbit Sekuritas, the final dividend payout totals Rp 44 trillion, representing an 89% dividend payout ratio with an attractive yield of 8.4%. “This amount translates to a final dividend of Rp 377 per share, reflecting an 8.4% yield based on BMRI’s intraday share price of Rp 4,460,” the firm noted in its report.

While the market awaits the official announcement regarding the cum-dividend date and payment schedule, it is worth noting that Bank Mandiri previously distributed an interim dividend of Rp 100 per share in January 2026. Consequently, shareholders are set to receive a cumulative total of approximately Rp 477 per share from the 2025 fiscal year profits.

Strong Financial Performance

The dividend distribution follows a robust fiscal year for Bank Mandiri, which reported a consolidated net profit of Rp 56.3 trillion for 2025, an increase from the Rp 55.8 trillion recorded in the previous year. This growth underscores the bank’s ability to maintain momentum amidst a competitive financial landscape.

Operational growth remained a highlight, with consolidated credit disbursement reaching Rp 1,894.98 trillion—a 13.4% year-on-year increase from Rp 1,670.54 trillion in 2024. Furthermore, the bank’s total consolidated assets climbed 16.6% year-on-year to Rp 2,829.94 trillion.

Asset Quality and Liquidity

Bank Mandiri has successfully balanced this expansion with disciplined risk management. The bank-only gross non-performing loan (NPL) ratio remains stable at 0.96%, supported by a robust coverage ratio of 253%. This indicates a resilient balance sheet capable of navigating potential market volatility.

On the funding side, Third-Party Funds (DPK) grew by 23.9% year-on-year to reach Rp 2,105 trillion. Notably, the Current Account Saving Account (CASA) ratio continues to dominate at 70.8%, a testament to the bank’s effective strategy in optimizing cost-of-funds and reinforcing overall liquidity.
