This decision translates to a total payout of approximately Rp3.3 trillion, underscoring the company’s commitment to shareholder returns.
The resolution to disburse this interim dividend was made during a Board of Directors Meeting held on December 4, 2025. Funds for the dividend will be drawn from a portion of the company’s net profit recorded up to September 30, 2025. A total of 37.98 billion shares are eligible to receive this payout.
According to Padwestiana Kristanti, Company Secretary of Unilever Indonesia, the interim dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names are registered by 4:00 PM WIB on December 16, 2025.
“The Board of Directors meeting on December 4, 2025, decided and approved the distribution of an interim dividend for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025, amounting to Rp87 per share, or a total of Rp3,304,367,297,100,” Kristanti stated in an information disclosure on Thursday (December 4, 2025).
The company has set a clear schedule for the interim dividend payment. The cum dividend date for trading on the regular and negotiated markets is December 12, 2025, followed by the ex-dividend date on December 15, 2025.
For the cash market, Unilever Indonesia’s cum dividend date is scheduled for December 16, 2025, with the ex-dividend date on December 17, 2025. Ultimately, the interim dividend payment to eligible shareholders will be made on December 30, 2025.
Kristianti emphasized that this dividend distribution aligns with the provisions of the company’s Articles of Association and prevailing laws and regulations, including Articles 70-72 of Law No. 40/2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies.
This significant dividend announcement follows Unilever Indonesia’s robust financial performance. The company reported a net profit of Rp3.33 trillion by the third quarter of 2025, marking a strong 10.81% increase compared to the Rp3 trillion recorded in the same period last year.
The rise in net profit was consistent with the company’s overall net sales performance, which reached Rp27.61 trillion, showing a 0.71% year-on-year (YoY) increase. The largest contribution to sales came from the household needs and personal care business segment, totaling Rp17.52 trillion. Meanwhile, UNVR’s net sales from the food and beverage business segment saw a 2.64% YoY increase, reaching Rp10.08 trillion.
Furthermore, UNVR’s domestic net sales grew by 0.57% annually to Rp26.78 trillion. Export sales also demonstrated impressive growth, climbing 5.43% YoY to Rp827.38 billion.
