Leave entitlements

In Government Regulation (PP) Number 49 of 2018 concerning Implementation of PPPK Article 76 paragraph (1) it is stated that each PPPK has the right to leave given by the Personnel Supervisor (PPK) (PPK). Leave consists of:

1. Annual leave is granted if the PPPK has worked consistently for at least one year. The length of annual leave entitlement is 12 working days.
2. PPK sick leave Everyone who is sick for more than 1-14 days has the right to sick leave, provided that they submit a written application to the PPK and attach a doctor's certificate.
3. Maternity Leave PPPK is entitled to maternity leave from the birth of the first child to the birth of the third child. The maximum duration of maternity leave is three months.
4. Joint Leave Leave with PPPK follows the provisions of joint leave for civil servants. PPPKs who, because of their position, do not receive joint leave entitlements, their annual leave entitlements are increased in proportion to the number of joint leaves not granted.
