Charlie's parents have pyrokinetic powers because they were both given a low level psychedelic called 'Lot Six' in college. All these forces merged and merged into one in the blood of their ancestors.
Andy (Zac Efron) and Vicky (Sydney Lemmon) who are Charlie's parents, decide to run away and hide their daughter's whereabouts after learning about the power that their daughter has. For more than a decade Charlie's parents have been the most wanted fugitives.
